Featured Game: Truck Trials Driving Challenge
Truck and car games are popular these days and Corona developer Craig Briggs has come up with an interesting spin on the genre: Truck Trials Driving Challenge plays like a platformer game, but at the same time it’s a puzzle game!
Each level you are provided with various ramps, boards, and other power-ups that you can use to make your monster truck jump over insurmountable obstacles. Some levels have limited attempts, making the game quite challenging.
Craig started with Corona by teaching game development to year 12 and 13 students in New Zealand. His students asked for help with physics games which he didn’t have experience with, but he dove into Corona’s physics engine, learned the essentials, and now Truck Trials Driving Challenge is a result of his passionate journey to both learn and teach Corona.
